Sammi Yamashiro is a poetess and artist

from Okinawa, Japan. She began writing poetry privately as a fifteen year-old and has since found substantial purpose in herself through the medium. In 2020, she posted poems from her debut collection manuscript on Instagram where she garnered a passionate audience. With her online and traditionally published presence, Yamashiro desires her work to reach and help as many people as possible.
